All dehydrated vegetable products (including Dehydrated White/Red Onion, Garlic, Ginger, and Spray-Dried / Dehydrated Tomato) are supplied in accordance with the written technical specification sheet mutually confirmed prior to order execution.

  • Cuts & Granulation: Flakes, minced, chopped, granules (e.g. 16-26 mesh, 24-40 mesh, 40-80 mesh), and powder (80-120 mesh) strictly adherence to agreed sieve tolerances.
  • Moisture Limits: Maximum moisture guarantees (typically ≤ 5.0% for dehydrated onion and garlic powders, ≤ 6.0% for flakes) to prevent microbial activity and agglomeration in transit.
  • Quality Standards: Processed from clean, sound Indian agricultural produce, free from extraneous foreign matter, live insects, or chemical adulteration, following ASTA and CODEX quality benchmarks.
SECTION 03

Sampling, Testing & Approval Protocol

Representative lab evaluation samples, batch approvals, and factory retention samples.

To ensure total commercial transparency, commercial samples (200 g to 1 kg) dispatched via international express air courier are drawn directly from active processing runs or current raw material lots.

Upon the Buyer's written approval of the sample quality, color, aroma, and sieve profile, the approved specimen serves as the reference benchmark for the subsequent commercial export batch. Counter-samples from each shipped lot are retained in our quality archives for twelve (12) months following shipment.

* Courier freight costs for commercial evaluation samples may be credited back against the Buyer's first full container load (FCL) contract.

SECTION 04

FOB, CFR, and CIF delivery terms governed by ICC Incoterms® 2020.

Unless otherwise stated in the proforma invoice, prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) on an FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT, Mumbai, India), CFR, or CIF named destination port basis, subject to Incoterms® 2020.

  • Quotation Validity: Dehydrated crop rates are subject to agricultural market dynamics and ocean freight tariffs; spot quotations remain firm for seven (7) calendar days unless specified otherwise.
