Quality & process
Controlled from specification to shipment.
Most quality problems in imported ingredients start with an unclear spec or a skipped test. Our six-step process is designed to remove both.
- 01
Specification alignment
Before anything is produced, we agree a written specification with you: product, cut or mesh size, moisture, colour, microbiology limits, packing, labelling and destination requirements.
- 02
Vetted processing units
Production is placed only with dehydration units we have visited and assessed for hygiene, process control and capacity to hold your spec consistently.
- 03
Sampling & approval
You receive a representative sample with its spec sheet. Bulk production begins only after your written approval.
- 04
In-process checks
Raw material, drying and milling are monitored so problems are caught during production, not discovered at the port.
- 05
Batch testing & COA
Each finished batch is tested and a Certificate of Analysis is issued against your agreed parameters before dispatch.
- 06
Export packing & shipping
Packed in 25 kg lined bags, labelled with batch and production details, and shipped FOB, CFR, CIF from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai with full documentation.
